Terms and Conditions relating to deliveries of propane to members:
No deliveries of propane shall be made until the member has paid a $5.00 membership fee.
Accounts for propane delivered shall be payable within seven days from date of billing (mailed date). Interest will be added monthly on overdue accounts. Members may elect to an amortized payment plan upon request.
The Association shall be entitled to suspend delivery of propane to any member whose account is in arrears.
Members shall purchase all their propane requirements from the Association.
Deliveries of propane may be made at any reasonable time in the absence of a member and without the necessity of the driver obtaining a signed receipt of such delivery.
If members prefer to make settlement without waiting for an invoice, the propane delivery truck driver will be authorized to accept payment for deliveries and issue official receipts thereof.
Members no longer wishing to receive (discontinue) deliveries of propane from the Association are required to give written notice to discontinue service and close account.
Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice upon motion of the Board.
